Please find below the terms and conditions governing the use of our services at Recon Wheel Refurbishment. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

Service Agreement: Upon receiving your wheels, our team will assess the damage and provide you with a detailed quote outlining the scope of work and associated costs. Work will commence once you have accepted and agreed to the quote.

Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the work, before the wheels are returned to the customer. We accept various payment methods, including cash, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Warranty: We provide a warranty on our repair and refurbishment services, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period will be specified in the service agreement. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Liability: Recon Wheel Refurbishment is not liable for any damages or loss incurred during the transportation of your wheels to and from our workshop. We recommend using a reputable courier service and ensuring your wheels are adequately insured during transit.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Recon Wheel Refurbishment reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
